Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives undamaged, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit.
Orders sent as a Letter have no insurance or tracking. The buyer is liable for all lost or damaged items.
Orders sent as Regular and Express Parcels include tracking and insurance. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the buyer once order(s) are fulfilled. In the event of loss or damage, the seller will work with shipping couriers to recover and/or replace the products.

If a buyer wishes to return products due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded in full.
Wrong Choice / Change Of Mind
If a buyer wishes to return products for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs will NOT be refunded, plus there is a return fee of 10% per product. For example, a $29 product minus 10% restocking fee equals a refund of $26.10.

- Send us your broken valve and we will recondition it and send it back!
- Ensure your valve is NOT broken as shown in second photo before sending it!
Compatiblity:
- WB Statesman
- All VK VL models
- Is there a hissing noise coming from your dash? A/C switch not changing modes? If so, then its likely the vacuum valve has broken.
- Due to poor design, after many years the vacuum valves break and lose their air-tight seal.
- Valve will be cleaned and refurbished; plus reinforced, so it should never break again.
- Also comes with brand new labels for the vacuum hoses, as well as detailed instructions on how-to identify each hose.
- Buyer will receive parts the same as shown, in similar condition
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the Reconditioning process to be completed once your unbroken valve is received
